Sea-Al Seaborn was indeed born in the sea - in a picturesque coral cave. Easy-going, ambitious, emotional and simple would probably describe him the best. He is always up for a good talk and lives in a self-built underwater cave which is protected from the ocean by a transparent icy window which also relies on magical protection in emergency.

He likes to have a beer and a rap every now and then and hangs out with his seal mates in his cave. He also goes up to the shore in order help the creatures with their constructions on land.
