Rhino is a professor of psychology and philosophy at the University of Airyzona and Santo Flamingo. He is probably the crew member who spends the most time alone as he often feels "underchallenged" when being around others. He loves self-development and is eager to find out how far he can actually go mentally. He spends his free time with lots of reading in different places as he wanders through different sceneries in pictures - for example in old castles, museums or bioluminescent projection plants, also sometimes observing others without them taking note.
 
He has not settled down anywhere as home to him is "wherever knowledge and discovery awaits me". He also likes the fact of getting lost in places he has never been before and seem unimaginable. Rhino really enjoys playing the saxophone and has a kid called Rhino Junior.
