As individuals have a strong sense of self, the planet's potential and freedom which enables them to live a content life and as they have access to all knowledge, they develop a sense of what the planet or the galaxy needs the most and act from conscientiousness. An example: As human beings try to build their home made of wood, other beings will help them such as beavers, termites or certain plants. Each individual has a profile that can be accessed mentally by everyone with summarized and more detailed info about their lives, physical and mental skills etc. Therefore, it is very simple to find help in the neighborhood.
Businesses as known on Earth do not exist on Animagica. Though, there are groups with committed individuals who work on something specific (e.g. a building or helping out in a restaurant) for a longer period of time without needing to plan vacation or work for certain hours in order to be able to earn a living.
Money
Non-organisms and organisms exchange energy which represents the planet's currency based on the values of trust, justice and consciousness. An example: If an animal takes some berries from nature, it takes energy and passes that energy onto other existent beings or nature, e.g. in the form of service or reflection. It is a constant circular exchange of energy. The beings are left with such a high sense of freedom and satisfaction (basing on trust and consciousness) that they automatically decide to engage themselves for the benefit of the planet.
Every organism also has an own internal energy observer via Hydrognosyne (for more info, see "internet"), seeing how much energy one has left and is needed in order to give it away again. This account is able to analyze processes in individual's bodies and is accessible for the whole planet (in case of emergency: the organisms themselves might not be able to access it).
