Gympig Spry is a health nerd, especially in physical terms. Being a pretty sporty creature, she loves to stretch and move her body in all possible ways. She cannot hold still for very long. Knowing that mind and body are not separated from each other, she often asks for advice from her neighbour Love-Dog/Doc. In order to feed herself with nutrient-dense food, she regularly finds herself in Broccoli Woods at Sheepy-Piggies's place in their gardens, picking fruit which explains her nickname "Selfpig" in a different manner.
 
Growing up in Blossom, Gympig has spent the last four years of her life in Windia in order to become a piggyogi. She lives in Apple Bridges (Unicornia).
